Hey!! I'm Amaya, also known as Selkie :)

Selkie's Curse is a small jewellery brand based in Cornwall & Bristol, combining artistic practises with crafts such as jewellery and print making. Run by a young artist, Amaya Thunming, Selkie's started as a hobby at the age of 18, after experimenting with lead-free solder as a sculptural medium. Drawing inspiration from folklore, ancient/ medieval culture, and alternative fashion; I have created a unique style within my work, paying tribute to topics such as feminism and witchcraft.

My mission is to blend the worlds of alternative fashion, art, and history in a way which is not only beautiful, but one of a kind and wearable!
